The Freshdesk iOS app has a scorecard widget that displays important information about everyday tickets in your Today view. The widget displays the number of Unresolved, Open, Overdue tickets and more based on your default dashboard settings.
Clicking on any of the displayed data takes you to the corresponding section.
Additionally, you can have a peek of your helpdesk using the 3D touch on your iPhone. This widget auto-refreshes in real-time to be in-sync with your helpdesk.
How to set up the iOS widget that’s housed in Todays View
To set up the iOS widget, go to Edit → Add Widgets → Freshdesk.
