We assure you that this change will not impact your product experience, and no action is required on your part.
We have updated our Terms of Service (ToS) and Privacy Notice (Notice), which will become effective on April 03, 2020. We encourage you to read them completely and let us know if you have any questions. Here’s a quick look at what’s changed.
What are the main changes to the ToS?
You will find that we have, inter alia,
a) introduced terms which will govern your use of our most recent product, Freshsuccess.
b) introduced definitions relating to our existing products, Freshping, and Freshstatus.
What are the changes to the Privacy Notice?
You will notice that we have, inter alia,
a) clarified that the Privacy Notice is applicable to the use of our products (web platform and mobile applications) and our websites.
b) we have also made appropriate changes to address the inclusion of Freshinbox to our product suite.
Are there any changes to the product or service?
We have introduced a new product called Freshsuccess, which will help you retain and grow revenue from your existing customer base. Otherwise, we still offer the same service and will continue to add amazing new features to improve customer engagement and support experience.
Are there any changes to the pricing and payment terms?
No, your pricing and payment terms do not change for the services we already provide. We have provided you the pricing for Freshsuccess.
Is the free plan still free?
Yes, it is. We are proud of the 1000s of startups that use our products to support their customers, and we will continue to support this cause.
I have signed an Addendum or a Master Service Agreement with Freshworks. Does this update apply to me?
The changes made to our ToS do not apply to you. Unless you have been notified otherwise through an in-product notification or email, you will continue to be governed by the Addendum or Master Services Agreement you have signed with us.
